WHAT THE STUDIO DOES

Client-shaped work, in three trades. If it needs doing right and it needs one accountable pair of hands, it belongs here.

01 ENVIRONMENT ART & ART DIRECTION

Twenty-five years of building worlds that hold up at gameplay distance and in the screenshot alike. The specialty is materials and texture — the way a surface tells you its history — scaled from a single set piece to entire cities.

World building — cities, interiors, and landscapes, blocked out to final

Modular kits — the systems whole zones get built from

Art direction — look development, style guides, and team direction

Track record — Vivec City and the Imperial City in Elder Scrolls Online; every structure in Summerset; Warhammer Online city architecture

02 ILLUSTRATION

Creatures, characters, and dark little worlds, drawn by hand, all digital. Built for print — covers and interiors that still read at thumbnail size and reward a second look up close.

Book covers & interiors — including illustration work for the Extinction Cycle

Creature & character design — concept to finished piece

Editorial & spot art — one strong image that carries the page

Process, on camera — process videos available for releases that want the making-of

03 SOFTWARE

The studio designs and builds the tools it wishes existed — then ships them to clients with the same problem. Software shaped around the people who actually use it, not around the demo.

Cadence — a scheduling platform built for Warren County Summer Music School, built to kill the yearly data-entry grind

SwampShell Prime — the studio's own production system: projects, tasks, and follow-through in one place

Custom tools & sites — small, sharp software for small teams (this site included)

HOW IT WORKS

THE PROCESS.

1 Talk: A real conversation about the job — what it's for, what done looks like, what's in the way.

2 Plan: Scope, schedule, and price in writing before work starts. No surprises in either direction.

3 Build: Fast first versions, shown early. You react to real work, not promises.

4 Ship: Finished files in a folder you can grab, verified landed. Follow-through is part of the job.

Tell me what you're making. If it's a fit, you'll get a plan and a price — if it's not, you'll get a straight answer.
